How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 7 to 20 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Will this organizer fit my space?

Every product page lists dimensions. We recommend measuring your cabinet, drawer or shelf before ordering, and leaving a little extra room for sliding drawers and doors.

Do I need tools to install anything?

Most of our organizers need no tools at all. Products marked no-drill use adhesive or over-the-door hooks, which makes them a good fit for renters.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship within the United States.
